By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using this website, guests agree to the venue policies and website terms below.

Ticket sales and refunds
All ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not issued for missed performances, late arrival, or removal from the venue.
If a show is canceled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded or transferred at the venue's discretion. Lineups are subject to change.
Ticket validity
Tickets are valid only when purchased directly through Empire Comedy Club or an authorized sales channel. Third-party tickets may be denied entry without refund.
Admission and age requirements
Empire Comedy Club is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests for safety, policy, or conduct reasons.
Seating and late arrival
Seating policies vary by ticket type and performance. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after showtime, your tickets may be canceled and your seats may be released without refund.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other patrons.
Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
- Heckling or disrupting performances.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
- Intoxication that interferes with the show or guest experience.
- Bringing prohibited items into the venue.
Photography and recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording during performances are prohibited without written permission from the venue and performer.
By entering the venue, you may appear in photography or video captured for venue operations, security, or promotional use.
Food, beverage, and prohibited items
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by the venue. Large bags, luggage, illegal drugs, and weapons are prohibited.
Accessibility
Empire Comedy Club is located on the second floor of a historic building and is not ADA accessible. Guests with accessibility concerns should contact the venue before purchasing tickets.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or copy site content except as permitted by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the website, ticketing, or venue communications is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
